The Ross-Blakley Law Library provides interlibrary loan services to Arizona law firms. Requests must be made in advance, between the hours of 8 am-5 pm, Monday- Friday. We cannot fill requests on a walk-in basis.
We will strive to fill requests by the end of the business day on which the request is received. Rush requests may be accommodated as staffing allows.
Requests may be made by phone: 480-965-6144 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payment for interlibrary loan services must be made by check and should be made out to Arizona State University.
Law Library materials will be lent to Arizona law firm librarians or persons designated by the firm as the responsible library liaison. We cannot lend to law firms outside of Arizona.
Books checked out through interlibrary loan may be borrowed for 60 days and must be returned by the due date to avoid overdue charges. Interlibrary loan materials are not eligible for renewal.
There is a $15 processing fee per item for this service. An invoice will be sent to the requestor.
Requested materials will be mailed or held at the Law Library Circulation Desk for courier pickup.
Photocopies or scans will be made from books, journals, newspapers, magazines, microfiche and microfilm owned in print by the Law Library, so long as the request complies with our copyright policies. Copies will not be provided using documents obtained through electronic subscription databases, e-books, or print materials owned by other ASU Libraries.
Processing fees for copies are $15 for the first 1-25 pages, plus an additional $15 for every 25 page increment thereafter. An invoice will be sent with the material.
Requested materials will be emailed, faxed, mailed, or held at the Law Library Circulation Desk for pickup.
